A. Purpose of the position /岗位目标:l Create material master data in time, include audit, create and change, make sure the master data imported to the system is correct and high quality. Maintain the system running perfect；及时建立申请者提供的数据，包括审核，新建，维护，确保数据的准确性，维护系统数据的正常运行。B. Major responsibilities / 主要职责:1. Familiar with master data definition and fill master data item according to rules；熟练掌握公司主数据定义标准并按照标准填写主数据内容。2. Work as master data process ,resolve any process issue.按照公司主数据操作流程开展工作，并协调解决各环节出现的问题。3. Check data provided by quality ,purchasing, production, sales ,financial, warehouse.检查由质量、采购、生产、销售、财务、仓库等提交的主数据内容。4. Analyze data in accordance with standards and work with the business department to fix problem.根据既定标准分析数据、与业务部门一起解决系统出现的问题。5. Create and maintain master data in SAP system.在SAP系统中创建、维护、修改主数据。6. Create and maintain basic data file.维护各种基础数据文件。7. Support business department and provide training.对业务部门提供主数据培训及支持。8. Create some important field change process which include the process of changing MRP type, the process of changing procurement type ,the process of chaning and others;建立主数据重要字段的更改流程，其中包括MRP type变更流程，产出方式更改流程等。C. Requirement profile / 岗位要求:1. Education：Bachelor regree in IT or related majors;教育程度：IT或相关专业专科学历;2. Professional experience/ 岗位经验：l At least 1 year working experience as SAP system administrator or supportor in MDM至少1年 以上SAP系统管理或支持的工作。3. Special skills专业技能l Good knowledge of master data;精通SAP主数据相关知识。4. Understand the principle of MDM, familiar with master data such as materials, suppliers, customers, projects, etc. 原理,熟悉物料、供应商、客户、项目等主数据。
